Dumpster size FAQ

What size dumpster do I need for a bathroom remodel?
A 10 yard container is usually enough for a single-bathroom gut. If you're doing multiple rooms or heavy tile demo, size up to a 20.
What size for a full-house cleanout?
A 30 yard container is the standard for a 3–4 bedroom home cleanout, including furniture, appliances, and garage contents.
Can I fill a 30 yard with concrete?
You can, but you'll blow the weight limit fast — concrete is dense. Use a 10 yard for concrete-only loads to stay within tonnage.
How much does each size weigh?
Container tare weights vary, but roll-offs typically hold 2–6 tons of debris depending on size. Overage fees apply above the included tonnage.
Which size is the most popular?
The 20 yard, by a mile. It fits most home projects — remodels, roof tear-offs, small demo — and slots into a standard driveway.
