Dumpster rental should be one honest number, quoted before you commit. Here's how our pricing works, what's included, and how to keep the total from creeping up.

What drives the price
Container size. Bigger boxes cost more up front, but per-cubic-yard they're often cheaper than renting two smaller ones.
Local disposal rates. Landfill and transfer-station rates vary by market. That's the biggest reason a 20 yard costs different in Ocala than in Boise.
Weight of your debris. Heavy stuff — concrete, dirt, tile, shingles — burns through your included tonnage fast. If that's your load, size down to a 10 yard.
Rental length. Standard rental periods are 7–10 days. Extensions run $8–$20/day depending on market.
Permit costs. If your dumpster sits in the street or right-of-way, most cities charge a permit fee. Driveway placement doesn't.

How to avoid overage fees
Size up when in doubt. A 30 yard costs less than a 20 yard plus overage tonnage.
Segregate heavy debris. If you have concrete, brick, or dirt, put it in a dedicated 10 yard — cheaper and stays under weight.
Don't top-load past the rim. DOT rules prevent us from hauling overfilled boxes; we'll have to unload the excess and re-charge, or refuse pickup.
Ask the dispatcher. If you tell us what you're throwing away, we'll match a size that won't hit the weight cap.

- Why can't you show one flat price online?
- Because dumpster prices depend on your address, size, how heavy the load runs, and how long you keep the box. A firm quote takes two minutes on the phone — we don't play games with pricing.
- What's included in the price?
- Delivery, pickup, standard tonnage (typically 2–5 tons depending on size), and disposal at a licensed transfer station. Extensions and overage tonnage are extra.
- How much are overage fees?
- Typically $50–$95 per ton over your included tonnage, depending on the local disposal rate. If you might go over, size up — it's almost always cheaper than paying overage.
- Do you charge for delivery?
- No — delivery and pickup are included in the quoted price. What you hear on the phone is what you pay.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No hidden fees. The two things that can add to the base price are tonnage overage and rental-period extensions. Both are quoted upfront.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Yes. We take major cards on the phone before dispatch.
